Project Scope:
In this project, four types of rooms were programmed:
- Small Meeting Rooms: These rooms were equipped with integrated Microsoft Teams (MTR) systems and custom room controls, including lighting controls.
- Heart Space: This area featured comprehensive room controls, including projector controls, projector screen controls, video switching, audio controls (speakers and microphones), camera controls, Free-To-Air controls, and lighting controls.
- Event Space: Integrated with Microsoft Teams (MTR), this space included custom room controls such as video switching, camera controls, audio controls (speakers and microphones), Free-To-Air controls, display controls, lighting controls, and a Room Combine function that synchronised the audio and video of the Event Space with the Boardroom.
- Boardroom: Similar to the Event Space, the Boardroom was equipped with integrated Microsoft Teams (MTR) and custom room controls, including video switching, camera controls, audio controls (speakers), display controls, and lighting controls.
Technology stack
This was a Crestron-based project, where all devices are controlled by a Crestron processor. The programming is done using “Crestron SIMPL Windows,” and the GUI is created in “Crestron VTPro.” For audio programming, “Q-SYS Designer” is utilised.

This project involved designing and programming AV systems for three distinct room types: large presentation, staff breakout, and reception areas.
Food & Beverages Clients
This project is Crestron-based, utilising BIAMP audio controls. Programming was completed for a single room, featuring a TSW-770 touch panel.
Financial Consultant Clients
Zapperr transformed a complex AV system at Corporate Client. We redesigned the touch panel for improved usability and addressed programming issues.
